Roumanie : La pandémie crée de nouvelles opportunités dans le secteur alimentaire
La pandémie que nous traversons engendre des effets parfois inattendus, créant ainsi de nouvelles opportunités pour les entrepreneurs. C’est par exemple le cas pour le marché alimentaire roumai qui s’en est trouvé transformé à la suite des différentes périodes de confinement et à la fermeture des restaurants.
Une étude, réalisée par Mastercard, montre qu’en un an, plus de 66% des Roumains ont amélioré leur compétence culinaire. Cela se traduit par une moyenne de 20h par semaine passée en cuisine à la préparation de repas, soit une augmentation de 46% par rapport à l’année précédente.
